For more than 30 years, my life has been dedicated to the game of soccer and to coaching players throughout the San Antonio community. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with respected clubs and high schools, building meaningful relationships with fellow coaches and, most importantly, with the players who inspire me every day. From guiding 4 year olds taking their very first touches on the ball to helping 19 year olds prepare for the next chapter of their soccer journey, every experience has strengthened my passion for this beautiful game.

My philosophy has always been centered on player development, not only as athletes, but as students and thinkers of the game. I believe the field should be a place of learning, growth, and discovery where players are encouraged to think, make decisions, solve problems, and understand the “why” behind every movement and action. When players begin connecting training concepts to real moments in a match, something remarkable happens: the game slows down, confidence grows, and their true potential begins to emerge.

For me, there is nothing more rewarding than witnessing that breakthrough moment when a player realizes what they are truly capable of and brings it to life through training, competition, and belief in themselves. Those moments often need no words; they speak through effort, confidence, and growth. They are the reason I continue to pour my heart, energy, and passion into coaching and into every player I have the honor and privilege to mentor.

Soccer is more than a game to me, it is a platform to teach discipline, resilience, grit, teamwork, and confidence that extends far beyond the field. My commitment has always been to help players grow, challenge themselves, and pursue their goals with passion, purpose, and an unwavering desire to improve every single day.
